As many of you, last week I was excited to work on my web-site. I have spent much more time than planned, while others where enjoying their long weekend (and the nice weather), I was sitting behind my computer.
I have managed to add about 7 pages, and want to add many more in the coming month.
Most of my pages are still to be fine-tuned and edited. Also, I still not have a clear idea on all the content I would like to include.
Suggestions for both the lay-out and content would be highly appreciated.

Your site looks very good. Nice to see such an amount of content.
A few suggestions:
A clearer overview of the 3rd TIER pages. I like the way you do it on the Vitamin's page. Good structure. You should apply this to more 2nd tier pages. The way I did it:

I as a reader would like a little more visual diversity as well. Meaning some bold text within a page, or a small header, subcategories, etc. Just so reading remains interesting.
The graphics: I personally dislike the pink/purple color. It doesn't look professional enough. This is my opinion.
I liked to see the newsletter registration page and the fact that you put ---Home--- on the bottom of every page. Keeps the visitors interactive and gives them quick maneuverability.
I haven't actually read much of the contents, but I read a bit of text. Your english overall seems pretty tight, though I saw some minor grammar mistakes and at times some inproper style.

I really appreciate all the suggestions you made. The fine-tuning/editing indeed still has to take place. Your suggestion on lay-out, color (this is one of my weaker sides) will definetely be taking into account.

Keep adding pages.
Don't spend too long on fine-tuning.
The important thing is to create a good amount of content.
You can, later, ask an English-native speaker to go over all the pages and word-proof them.
I'd like to hear from you when you start getting traffic from the Search engines.
