Well, took really really more than 2 hours. In facts, evenings, nights, etc. Going to ezinearticles, really select articles based on content and selection. Read everything. Have an outline for the book already. Write an introduction to the book and each chapter, being very personal there. Write each author (looking for the email addresses took an evening in of itself) and ask for permission. This way you can set up joint ventures and build relationships, which I now have. That's also why dogwhisperwoman is writing a special bonus to give away with the e-book. Awaiting it now, it's a bit delayed because of technical issues. Just received another compliment in my SBI mail, saying it's yeoman's work that I did. I had to look up that phrase. It means it's good, honest hard work. So be prepared this way will take you more than 2 hours of copy, highlight and paste.
Bert, though I'm honored you have subscribed. I would like to advice others NOT to do that. Of course I don't have control over who is enlisting for my newsletter, but I would want to have targeted traffic only.
