Full Version: NavBar Button issues on SBI

Hi All,

Yesterday I logged my third navigation bar / button issue at SBI Support. Before just one button was affected as I also noticed on Yvonne's website. That can just happen but since yesterday the issue is more severe as ALL BUTTONS have disappeared! My navigation area is completely blanc!
Only upon MouseOver events you see a button text, though it's every time the same button text. I was hoping it would be resolved after a good night's sleep but it hasn't. Support is looking into it now.

Meanwhile visitors cannot navigate my site and this is my concern.

Who has experienced similar issues with NavBar buttons? Suddenly changing look&feel of just one or more buttons, text disappearing etc?

Barbara
Hi Barbara,

I did what you've told me (and what i've tried earlier) : re-arrange my buttons twice but unfortunatly it didn't work at all.

I will also make a note of this problem with the SBI-forum and ask them to solve it.
Yvonne,

You should write to support directly instead of posting to the forum.

Yvonne,

One suggestion you might try before writing support:
The affected button on your site corresponds to a particular tier 2 page.
Can you re-submit that tier 2 page?
Refresh the screen in your browser and see what happens?
This is what I did this morning. Then all of a sudden all missing buttons appeared again as if they had fallen asleep (in my experience computer behavior isn't always logical ;-) ).

Hi Barbara,

I will try it now and let you know.

Bye
I see that the button issue is solved on your site. Is this after logging a service request with SBI support?
Hi Barbara,

I've posted on the SBI-forum and i re-arranged my navbar again......put them all in different order and suddenly my problem was solved!!!!

Strange but done!
