Hi guys,

If you want to have your photo added to your name (it's great for the community feeling) like Tina and I have our photos.
Or if you want a little graphic added to your name - like Barbara has...

Here is what you do.

First this little graphic is called an Avatar (don't ask me why )

When you are logged in into the forum, on the top it will say "welcome back, ..." and then you can see next to it a link to "User CP" (which stands for "User Control Panel").
Click on that link.

Then you can change a lot of things about your use of the forum.

On the menu on the left you will find a link to "Change Avatar".
Click on it.

Then you can Upload Avatar from your computer.
Just make sure the size of the graphics is not more than 100x100 pixels.

anyone knows which programme do i use for that?
My size op the pic. is 2.8 kb ? should be working??

anything under 100x100 pixels and 10 kb works.

I use PhotoShop but you can use almost any photo editor software to resize your image. I had a hard time getting it under 10Kb but found the trick: saving it as a .gif-file instead of .jpg did it for me.

But like Bentinho says: in your case 2.8Kb will be fine.

ah! i got the hang of it. the other program i used (infraview) works great, even gave me the numbers of pixels that are there.
